We can also test for phenolic compounds that are found in environmental reactions e.g. perfumes, cleaning agents etc. Phenolics are the ring compounds found in a vast array of substances from petrochemicals to hormones. Desensitization for these compounds can be done in much the same way as the antigens discussed above. Distance treatment can be done in some circumstances. This would require a consultation to see if that was possible.
Phenolics
Phenolics occur naturally in humans, plants, and animals and are produced
synthetically.
They are often the key concern in allergies, environmental
sensitivities (such as chemical, pesticide, herbicide and perfumes), food
intolerance, endocrine imbalances, hypersensitivity, behaviour, attention
and learning disorders, chronic degenerative disease processes and dental
toxicity, to name a few. For example, a phenolic may be found in 75
different foods thus making food elimination next to impossible. So,
desensitizing with a homeopathic phenolic remedy allows a person to regain
a fuller diet and similarly allows people with environmental sensitivities
to overcome them.
We must bear in mind these environmental sensitivities very much affect immune function thus creating vulnerability that leads to susceptibility to viral and other organisms to set up housekeeping. This includes SARS and West Nile virus. See Immune function.
